Just a quick email to let you know that the Buyer is turning out to be a really good fit for the Practice and the clients. I know you mentioned how important this is in our very first phone call and emails back in October last year. Back then I realised you knew what you were talking about, but I still underestimated how important it was to find someone that was the right fit. Having the Buyer working in the office this week, I have started to appreciate how important it is to have someone who is the right fit. He knows what he is talking about and the clients like him. I’ve been joking with the girls that the Buyer is like a younger, more patient and less grumpy version of me. I really do appreciate your expertise and all of the effort you have put into this transaction. These clients really mean a lot to me. My heart and my head are both at peace knowing that you have found someone that will be able to look after the loyal clients who have made this business a success.
