Urgent Expressions of interest are sought for the Purchase of the business and assets as a going concern (as a whole or in part) and/or recapitalisation proposal via a Deed of Company Arrangement.

• Over $5 million invested in 2017 to develop the 1,500 sq m state-of-the-art, leased Joondalup facility;
• Australia's only indoor surfing venue and wave pool (waves of up to 6ft) using real surfboards with fins;
