David’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Degree. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Practicing Accountant and worked for KPMG as well as a smaller accounting practice in West Perth. During this time, he advised on many client’s affairs including accounting, management advice, statutory accounting, auditing and business acquisitions and sales.
He has also had extensive business experience in commerce, with his roles including Company Secretary for an ASX listed company, Financial Controller for a large private company group, Managing Director of a large private company, and Partner in a national business coaching firm.
David also has a Diploma of Property (Real Estate) and has been the Licensee of Zircom since 2008. David is a member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers. He holds the accreditation of Registered Business Valuer and Certified Practicing Business Broker with the AIBB.
Catherine’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in accounting and marketing. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and a registered Real Estate and Business Sales Representative.
She spent five years in the accounting profession, initially with two mid-sized Chartered Accounting firms, where she focused on accounting, taxation, business valuations and other general matters including involvement with business acquisitions and business sales.
Catherine is an Associate member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers. She holds the accreditation of Certified Practicing Business Broker and Registered Business Valuer with the AIBB. She was awarded AIBB National Business Broker of the Year for 2022 and is the Western Australian Business Broker of the year for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Michelle is a qualified Registered Business Valuer and a Certified Practicing Business Broker with the Australian Institute of Business Brokers. With over 5 years of dedicated experience at Zircom, she works in the areas of business sales, appraisals, valuations, and marketing and is a registered Business Broker Sale Representative.
She brings a diverse range of experiences, having worked for national and international firms across Australia and around the globe. Her roles have extended across the fields of marketing, event management, education, and entertainment.
She has qualifications in the Performing Arts from a nationally accredited organisation and her extensive life experiences, bring a unique perspective to her professional endeavours. As a testament to her efforts and determination she received various national and state vocational industry awards.
Leanne’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA, a Diploma of Education and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. She has worked in many organisations and roles, including as General Manager of the Karrakatta Club and has been a small business owner herself. Leanne has extensive experience in marketing, management, accounting and compliance.
